What does CryptoTab cost my business?
Nothing. Your business pays $0 in CryptoTab fees, with no setup fees and no per-transaction fees.
So who pays?
The customer pays a 1.5% service fee, which is shown before they confirm. That fee funds CryptoTab and our creator partner program.
What if the crypto price changes during checkout?
The price is quoted in dollars and locked for a short window while the customer completes payment, so the amount you're owed in dollar terms doesn't shift mid-checkout. After the payment, the crypto in your wallet moves with the market like any other crypto.
Who pays blockchain network fees?
The customer's wallet pays the blockchain network fee. It is separate from the 1.5% CryptoTab service fee and depends on the coin and network.
How do I get paid? Can I get dollars?
At launch, payments are designed to go directly to your own crypto wallet. Dollar payouts are coming soon and are not available yet.
How do I know I've been paid?
A payment confirmation appears on your CryptoTab dashboard, and you can also check the transaction in your own wallet.
How do refunds work?
Because funds go directly to you, the business handles refunds from its own wallet. Details of the refund process are still being finalized.
Is it safe? Does CryptoTab hold my money?
No. CryptoTab is non-custodial software, and we never hold or control your funds. You stay in control of your wallet, so keep your keys secure.
Which coins can customers pay with?
We plan to support 17 coins: BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, HYPE, ZEC, AVAX, TRX, BNB, QNT, XLM, NEAR, HBAR, SUI, DOGE, ADA and ALGO.
